You would think that simple stretches would be easy...wouldn't ya? well, let me tell you...when you don't do them regularly and then you attempt to get in shape....just the easiest, simplest stretches take a toll on the body at my age! I just don't understand it! Back in the day I could be running all day and all night long..climbing trees, swimming, running as a child, then dancing til the wee hours of the night, and let's not forget...I'll those crazy positions you could bend your body into...NOW!!!! Now, my legs hurt, my feet are sore, my back is thumping all from some tiny hamstring stretches! OMG! So, I'm going to Physical Therapy, and "SHE" gave me just a few little stretches to start out with 2 times a day...nothing much...but I'm in so much pain...using muscles that I totally forgot I had! It's insane!
